ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

According to YOLK magazine issue #2, it commented on the concert:

The concert relied heavily on screens and animated visuals that partially concealed the live musicians, reinforcing the band’s mystery and virtual identity.

The tour sold out within minutes, proving the huge demand and curiosity surrounding Gorillaz’s live experience.

The producer opened with a DJ set; while the crowd was somewhat indifferent, his performance was tight and professional.

The volume and bass were intense and physically overwhelming, making the show as much a bodily experience as a musical one.

Expected encore Gorillaz returned to perform the unreleased track “911” and closed with a crowd-singalong version of “Clint Eastwood.”

Noodle’s reflection on the tour:
She described the U.S. shows as an intense, almost spiritual experience, while also mentioning buying some great new trainers.
